Capcom Seeks Mega Man Battle Network Legacy Collection Feedback in New Survey

Mega Man Battle Network is on a bit of a winning streak, particularly following Mega Man Battle Network Legacy Collection achieving over a million units in sales in record time. To maintain this positive momentum, Capcom is reaching out to fans for input that could influence the development of future titles, according to a tweet from Rockman Unity.

A product survey for Mega Man Battle Network Legacy Collection is now online, offered in six languages, including English. The survey covers a range of questions about each game in the collection, as well as aspects of the collection's presentation such as optional filters, user interface, the 3D MegaMan.EXE, and extra content like the art gallery and music player.

You have until September 30th to complete the survey. After you submit your feedback, you'll receive a special wallpaper designed for your PC or mobile device.

  3. Well that was disappointing. They could at least end the survey with additional feedback. Is Capcom really that stubborn? How else am I suppose to convince Capcom to make Crashman.EXE exist?

    1. If ya read, the portions you type in are open to comments and suggestions to all of the franchise

  4. So far I think this "Survey Era" is working out for Capcom. Apparently, they don't trust their own analysts and just ask people for their opinions instead.

  5. I spammed Give us Rockman Dash 3/Megaman Legends 3 on the text box. I don't even care if it is unrelated.

  6. So, did they do these for the other collections (classic, X, ZeroZX) or is this the first time they have done a survey for a collection (I'm asking because I don't recall any other surveys)

    2. Ok, but did they do any for the more recent Mega Man releases?

  7. They could honestly make a new game within the battle network series introducing Lan’s son who’s name I’m forgetting atm. But they could use the traditional battle system with some obvious improvements here or there and I think they got one in the bag honestly. I’m also surprise Protodude has not mention the officially license NFT Megaman project tho. Hopefully there’s a good reason for that

    1. Protodude has mentioned the Megaman & Infafune's NFTs when he posted on the site formerly known as Twitter:
"I won't be covering the Mega Man X DiVE NFTs on the blog. While I was approached by partners involved in the collaboration, I declined. I won't be promoting Inafune's NFT project either, even though his team continue to extend multiple invitations."

  8. As megaman fans haven’t you been filling out the same survey for almost 3 decades now? “You want more megaman”.. full circle! 🤣

  9. That was a dumb survey. Barely any relevant questions. What do they hope to get out of that besides some demographics?

  10. It's a product survey folks, it's not a "Tell us your ideal state of the franchise" survey. It's designed to collect feedback on what you like about the various BN games and the collection's features.

What are they going to do with the data? My guess is as good as yours. It would be useful if they're planning either a new collection or some type of BN sequel/remake, but that would be about it.

    1. I got news for you, the product is far from perfect.

    2. "Please let us know if there is something you would like more of, or if there is something you would like us to do next. You can tell us anything!"
      It's right there. Too bad.
Also gotta love the NeutralNeutral typo. Modern Capcom quality everyone.

  11. Just called them out for making NFTs in every available comment slot, they won't stop, but if many of us do the same they may start taking notice, do not become sheeple, although, I bet its already so late for many coomsumers here.

  12. Another survey, another false hope.

    When will this finally end?
