We're eagerly anticipating updates on the launch of Jada Toys' Mega Man line, but in the meantime, here's a quick sneak peek at the retail packaging.
The top row showcases Wave 1, while the bottom row displays mock-up packaging for Wave 2, without any actual figures inside. However, we can still get a good look at the accessories we can expect to see.
As previously reported, this line consists of 4-inch (1:12 scale) figures. Each figure comes with different weapon effect parts and one alternate head piece. They're expected to go for $20 US a pop. Wave 1 was originally announced for Spring 2023 but we haven't seen any movement on that front. A release window wasn't specified for Wave 2.
We'll keep you posted as we learn more. Many thanks to preternia for the image!
I'm stoked for this line, they've been listening to fans and the Street Fighter ones they've shown have looked fantastic. They've also said future waves won't be going in order of the games, so here's hoping we get a good variety of Robot Masters across all the games!
ReplyDeleteThat would be awesome because not only do the figures look nice, we rarely get any merchandise featuring robot masters outside the ones from MM1. I would love some more variety in general.
DeletePOV we finally get some good robot master merch and some good action figures I can’t what
DeleteThe toy news just keeps coming today!
ReplyDeleteWhy is Fire Man is used for the Ice Man packaging?
ReplyDeleteLikely don't have the graphics finished for Wave 2, since it's regular MM, Ice Man and Fire Man showing on wave 2.
DeleteHopefully they won’t end up like most stuff this size these days. I’m referring to the all to common missing paint etc.
ReplyDeleteLooks really good!
ReplyDeleteHopefully more will come of this, I really want a solid Megaman toy line that possibly branches outside of the usual characters. Imagine them doing more robot masters, mavericks or even characters like Tron Bonne? One can dream!
Another line of figures that will most likely never get finished. They should release all MM1 Figures and then MM2 Figures and so forth maybe show that they can finish a line of figures for Megaman just once.
ReplyDeleteI hope we get Mega Man Zero and Mega Man X figures
ReplyDeleteI hope you can order these individually online. I collect the Sonic Jakks line and it's a fucking obnoxious.
ReplyDeleteCallese y toma mi dinero
ReplyDeleteWhat happened to the Cutman alternate head with the open mouth that was shown on the Fwoosh stream?
