Capcom have announced that they will showcase Mega Man Battle Network Legacy Collection next month at Tokyo Game Show 2022 (the first in-person TGS since the start of the pandemic!)
Capcom will air a pre-recorded stream on September 15 at 7:00 PDT/16:00 CEST as part of their TGS Online Experience. The stream is planned to run for around 50 minutes and will feature the latest news. If Capcom are preparing to reveal more details about the collection, you can expect it to happen here.
Mega Man Battle Network Legacy Collection will also be playable at Capcom's booth at the Makuhari Messe convention center from September 15 to 18. The media and general public will have the chance to play the game, so hopefully we'll get some impressions and extra footage.
After the relatively bare-bones announcement in June, fans are hopeful to learn about any extra game modes and - fingers crossed - a much needed online mode. We can probably expect a release date at the very least.
Time will tell if this is the right venue. Stay tuned to Rockman Corner for all the Battle Network Legacy Collection news during TGS!
I knew it!! I really hope it's good news.
ReplyDeleteAnybody have a link to where I can watch this? I get the stream isn't posted yet, but I'm waiting on this with bated breath.
ReplyDeleteGod i hope they add the ereader stuff along with the missing battle chips and the whole missing post game for bn 6
ReplyDeleteSame!!! And although I know it's unlikely, I hope they make and release a revamped real life version of PETs, I remember there was a toy version of those back in the day. It would be a nice touch....
DeleteMan!!! A whole new and revamped PET would be beyond awesome!!!
DeleteThey could even release a whole new game + a whole new anime + a whole new PET.
That would give them a TON of money and that would give us a TON of happyness!!!!!!
I just can't wait for its release!!!
ReplyDeleteI really would like to see a "Tournament Mode", as a whole new feature (just like they did with (MMX LC).
BTW...
I wonder why Capcom did not think about a Pokémon-like mobile game.
Such thing would fit PERFECTLY to the Battle Network theme.
We would be able to search our home for hidden viruses, collect battle chips and even battle against friends.
