We have a Rockman X DiVE news roundup to start the weekend! Find all the info after the break!
First, we have a couple of "skill introduction" trailers for X and Zero. In the X trailer, we can see him using his trademark skill, the Charge Shot, and the Tracking Missile. In the Zero trailer, he uses a couple techniques from Mega Man X4: Ryuuenjin (obtained after defeating Magma Dragoon) and Rakuhouha (obtained after defeating Cyber Peacock). Check it out:
Next we have a special illustration to celebrate Valentine's Day that the development team shared via the Official Facebook page.
Also, via the Official Facebook Page there's a contest that you can enter to win two shikishi signed by Reina Ueda, RiCO's voice actress. The only thing you have to do is log on to your Facebook account and share this post. You have until February, 29th at 12:00 (GMT+8). The winners will be announced on March, 2nd.
And lastly, the pre-registration event seems to be going smoothly with roughly 102K users registered! That means we will be getting enough "memory of ZX Saber" elements to craft the ZX Saber for free, plus a bunch of elemental metals. Have a look:
More Rockman X DiVE news as it comes. Stay tuned!
If 100 000 is reached, let's aim for 15000 !
ReplyDelete150 000 reached, so we aim for 200 000 i guess?
DeleteLooks like there was a boom of preregisteration in the last couple days, so it's more like Let's Aime for 300 000
Deletehmm... I'm not particularly a fan of Reina Ueda (i precise i have nothing against her either), so i'll pass and leave the chance to win her autograph to her fans.
ReplyDeleteIf they do this with X's VA, i'll be more interested.
Funily enough, i discovered just yesterday that X's had the same japanese voice actor as Grifith from Berserk, Osomatsu-san and Rohan Kishibe. I recognised Osomatsu and Rohan's voice while watching Mob Psycho 100 and checked, but i would have not guessed that It was also Grifith.
DeleteShocking that you didn't mention his most famous role: Cloud motherfucking Strife.
DeleteThat's also him?! I had no idea. then again, i haven't heard Cloud JP voice since years ago.
DeleteThe rakuhouha looks devastating.
ReplyDeleteUm you say share "This post" with a link, but it links to a wiki page...
ReplyDeleteAre you sure you are clicking in the right word? Reina Ueda takes you to Wikipedia, "this post" takes you to Facebook. At least to me the links take me to the right place, in any case, this is the post you have to share:
Deletehttps://www.facebook.com/CAPCOM.RXD/posts/480072649355496
It's working now, but yesterday it was linking to the Reina Ueda wiki page, and yes I made sure I was clicking the correct link.
DeleteWeird, nothing was changed or edited.
DeleteSomeone needs to clarify wtf is going on with global release.
ReplyDeleteIs the US and elsewhere getting this game or not. Is it coming on the same day or not.
Does the pre-reg apply or not. I am not convinced it does. This is the only place I have seen mention that it counts. And if it doesn't count, then that 150,000 pre-reg value is bogus.
Capcom USA doesn't even talk about this project at all. Capcom Taiwan has mentioned nothing that I have seen on foreign market release dates, which makes sense since they are focused on their territory.
I can't help but get the feeling like we are being misled a bit. If we DO get a release I wouldn't be surprised if it isn't in July.
I don't have the link right now, but Capcom Taiwan have mentioned back in the days of the Closed Beta Test that the game will be released worldwide. Moreover, remember that the CBT was open for US players and the statistic show that a majority of the playerbase was from the US. They're OBVIOUSELY going t o release it in the US, they'd have to be pretty stupid not to.
DeleteOnly Capcom Taiwan is comunicating about it because they're the one making the game and they're let to manage it. Even Capcom Japan did'nt say much about it.
Not seen anything so far indicating that the pre registeration was limited to the countries who are part of the first launch wave.
Have protodude ever failed us so far? If he say that there will be a international release, we have no reason to assume that he don't have reasons to think so.
They (capcom) probably don't anounce a precise date because they're not sure exactly when they'll be done with it, and it's better to not makes promise you're not sure the dev team (or the translators) can keep, more company should remember that before trowing release dates willy-nilly0.
I trust Protodude to a degree, but I want to see something from Capcom and not word of mouth.
ReplyDeleteI haven't seen anything saying it is limited, but I haven't seen any confirmation I that it isn't. Just "Hey it should be OK!"
It's been what, 2 weeks since the pre-release went live on Google for Taiwan but no action elsewhere?
That, to me, implies a region delay. FFRK did the same thing as do a lot of other foreign mobile games.
Fine. Just be upfront about it.
