So what do you think? Do you like the sculpture? What about the price? Let us know in the comments!
His face is too dang flat!
ReplyDeleteThe figure looks amazing but the face ruins it for me
ReplyDeleteThere's a lot I like about this figure, but I just can't get past that face.
ReplyDeleteIs it odd that the amiibo is my favorite figure of Classic Megaman? Pretty basic, but I like the build, especially for the price.
I prefer the Kotobukiya model kit.
DeleteIt just has this really sharp and on-model design that makes stuff like the D-Arts one look super awkward by comparison.
amibos generally have a nice price/quality ratio.

DeleteI'm a fan of that one as well. Probably be me go to recommendation beyond the amiibo, especially for anyone looking for a more traditional model/figure as opposed to... well, an amiibo.
I bet if you look at the right angle, his neck is skin colored. Because f you, that's why.
ReplyDeleteMega Man's neck hasn't been skin colored since way back when they first began making Mega Man statues. lol this was like, six or seven years ago. Every statue after the fan feedback has always been produced with the gray necks.
DeleteStill waiting on that X9. After over a year from MM 11 release, still no announcement and not even sown on the road map of games for this year coming out. I would say that may not bold well, yet I'm confident they will make it, hopefully not after an eternity. After all, with the good sales of MM lately, it would make no sense not to continue the series, and Protodude did say they have someone akin to that is in the works that is a big project that is not MMX Dive, and MMX Dive (non-canon game) sales would not affect it as it is a Taiwan thing or something.
