You may be asking yourself, "what is an Electone?" The Electone is an electronic organ designed by Yamaha that originated in 1959, when electronic musical instrument technology started in Japan. Its popularity continues till this day.
Each track on the album will be played using a YAMAHA Electone keyboard by Kaori Adachi, Madoka Kusumoto, and 826aska. Alongside the music album, a concert will be held on February 8th in the Koto Cultural Center in Tokyo.
Below you can see the tracks related to Rockman that will be included in the CD and played in the concert aswell:
「Rockman 2」
- 「OPENIING」~「TITEL」~「STEGE SELECT」~「METALMAN STAGE」~「Dr.WILY STAGE 1」~「ALL STAGE CLEAR」Medley
- 「GIVE IT A SHOT」
- 「OPENING STAGE X」~「SIGMA 1st」~「X vs ZERO」Medley
This is not the first time Electone and Rockman crossed paths. In early 2018 a medley of Rockman 2 music was included in Volume #56 of STAGEA Electone book series that include music sheets to be played in Electone keyboards.

ReplyDeleteIris? This is awesome man!
ReplyDeleteI used to play on the Electone electronic organ many years ago as a kid learning music (like 2 decades ago).
ReplyDeleteSo when I am seeing news of Capcom (Mega Man) scores being arranged for the Electone, I am honestly quite amused and impressed by it at the same time.
Cool stuff!
