Via the Official Facebook Page the Rockman X DiVE development team are asking fans to give feedback about their favorite characters from the image posted above and which characters that would you like to see in the game.
This is the perfect opportunity to raise your voice and let them know if you want more obscure characters from the X series or even characters from other series. Head over to Facebook and let them know.
And while you're at it, let us know in the comments, too!

X1 Sigma and X4 Magma Dragoon. And for maximum hilarity, add X6 High Max.

If we mean other playable characters, then Colonel. this would be a childhood dream come true. With how heavy they go on the fanservice, i don't know why there's not more X4 content in it.
ReplyDeleteIf we mean characters i would like to see appear in the game, not necessarily as playblee, then Gate, Bit Byte (and Godkarmachine O-inari) and doppler, double, and really Berkana and Gareth. Don't just give love to command mission, if we're going with obscure characters, i want Xtreme.
If there is inclusion of characters from others serie, then the priority should probably go to the main heroes of each serie.
Would Double have both forms (big bumbling oaf and the nasty man he really is) playable? That'd be pretty rad.
DeleteDouble is one I do NOT want. I can't stand him; he's just a phsyco liar who ultimately uses X and then stabs him in the back. Hits a little too close to home for me. But I've said too much; it IS pretty satisfying to beat the tar outta him, I'll admit that!

Lumine!! Must have Lumine!! Iris wouldn't be a bad idea, either, except she died in X4; but it wouldn't hurt to suggest her anyway! :) And yes, @taichara, I would love to see Gate, too. For other series characters, Ciel would be good. Or even Vent and Aile from ZX! Oh, man, I LOVE that game! :D

DeleteAnd since it looks like it's a gaiden game, anything goes. I'm glad to see Command mission getting some love, but i hope they won't forget the main serie game either.

If they are nothing more than skins than having characters is pointless. They need to be unique.
OVER-1. He deserves to be in a good game, his design is great and come on, this is a mobile game and he's known as the Mobile Phones Mega Man so I think he should be in the game.

DeleteIt's the same character, it's just that Tidal Whale, if I remember correctly, was his name in the original Japanese version of X5. Or was it the other one? No, I think I'm right: Tidal Whale for the Japanese version, and Duff McWhalen for the English version.

Green Biker Dude. If each character has an ultimate attack, his can be like FFBE's Libertus (more similar) and SSB's Captain Falcon (less similar), but with a Ride Chaser instead of a car.
ReplyDeleteIf we talk about including other megamen, then Megaman.exe. i mean, it's a mobile game about data in a computer. That's right up his alley.
ReplyDeleteAlso Layer? it's not like i want to play as her THAT much (i still want it a little), but it's weird to have Alia and Palette, but not Layer.
And finally, not as a playable character, but i would love to see Nana. I mean, Rico can't be the only navigator in the game.
A lot people are saying Berkana, Gareth, and even Colonel as playable. Not bad answers, any of them. With all of the Command Mission love (especially Cinnamon!), however, I'm honestly content with what we have. Although if I had to choose another character, General would be awesome. I mean I don't seriously think he'll be playable in any capacity, but it is a shame such an epic and cool battle robot is relegated to the role of minor antagonist.
ReplyDeleteAs for potential non x series playables, I would love classic Mega Man and Star Force Mega Man! I'm not against OVER-1 either.
Now that you mention it, i would love seeing Colonel appear in this.
DeleteYES!! Colonel all the way!! I forgot to mention him along with Lumine and Iris. Seriously, if they don't have those three characters in X Dive, I'm going to be quite disappointed. :( Iris is my favorite female character of any Mega Man game; and Lumine is my favorite Mega Man X villain, my close second being Gate. :)

DeletePersonally, I'd love to see Cinnamon and Nana, since they're bringing in other Command Mission characters. Also, maybe X's Command Mission Ultimate Armor? As for other games, I think Bit, Byte, and the X-Hunters would be cool to see. If they're going obscure, then iX/Return iX.

ReplyDeleteI think we're pretty good regarding playable characters, but if it have to pick some, i'd say Layer, to complete the X8 cast, and maybe Colonel because that would be cool.
Aaand, maybe as a late game bonus thing, Sigma in his pre-maverick days? he was a Maverick Hunter, so the MH computer got to have data on him how he was back in the days.
Aside from playable, they should include Iris and Nana in some way.
I second the peoples asking for Berkana, Dynamo, Double or other rivals character to appear as antagonist.
Anyway, like an other commentator pointed out, they should make sure to make the characters different from each other appart from cosmetic differences.

DeleteI guess i'll depend on how many character they plan to implement in the long run. If playable maverick become a things, my personal picks would be Magma Dragoon and Storm Eagle.

Characters i'd like to appear in the game, as antagonists: Zayn, Gareth, Bit & Byte (and also GodKarmachine O-Inari), Gate, and ESPECIALLY Berkana. I agree with the others comments, Command Mission is great, but don't forget the other games.
Characters i would like to appear in some way: Signas, and Nana. No offense to Rico, but With how much CM representation there's in this game, would'nt it be great to use Nana as the navigator? Or they could put in a option to select our navigator.
