Mega Man: Fully Charged Toyline Revealed
It looks like Jakks Pacific's long-awaited Mega Man: Fully Charged toyline is taking shape. Entertainment Earth recently posted a whole bunch of Mega Man: Fully Charged toys – and they look pretty good!
First up, "6-inch Wave Basic Action Figures". This line consists of eight figures though Entertainment Earth only has images of four characters. These will be sold at retail individually, but EE has a box set up for $79.99. Pre-order it here.
Next we've got the "Mega-Blaster" roleplay weapon, featuring lights and sounds. It'll set you back $24.99. Pre-orders available here.
Finally, the "Mega Man Playset". It's shaped like Mega Man's "blaster" and, when opened up, reveals Mega Mini's control room. It even has his little chair! It's going for $44.99.
All of these toys are expected to ship in February 2019. Hit up the links above for more info!
While I'm not a fan of the Fully Charged designs, I do have to give the toys credit for looking nice.
ReplyDeleteLike people would be paying so much money for toys in a show that hardly anyone likes...
ReplyDeleteBut that roleplay buster would be quite an awesome inclusion to my collection.
You don't speak for everyone, Bethany. Some folks like the show, myself included, so it's not hardly anyone.
DeleteThey actually look good. Couldn't tell that was Air Man by looking at him, but Ice Man and Wave Man are certainly recognizable.
ReplyDeleteMight pick em up if I happen to see them in store.
Almost thought both Mega Buster sets were one and them same.
The playset is especially a nifty idea.
long as it's not jazwares I guess
ReplyDeleteLooking at how the figures are stored in the packaging and comparing to how they're posed in these photos, it looks like they may actually have a decent amount of articulation! If the arms can be articulated on more than one axis and there's some elbow and knee joints, then shoot, they're good enough for adult collectors to appreciate! Six-inch figures at $10 a pop or so? Sign me up!
ReplyDeleteNot fond of the show, but aside from Wave man (he has a booleg-ish feel) the toys look pretty nice.
ReplyDeleteIt feels like their design was chosen specifically to be made as toys.
These look fantastic! I'm so snagging Wave and Drill Man. I like the playset too, especially as there is no Mega Mini in sight.
ReplyDeleteThe designs are so ugly that doesn't matter if the figure are well done or not. Not for me to be honest.
ReplyDeleteAre any of these being sold individually? Because I can't see parents paying that price for a 4 pack.
ReplyDeleteWhen you're buying from Entertainment Earth, you're essentially getting the same box retailers would get before they put items on the shelves. So, yes, they'll be available individually for $10/each.
DeleteOhh I see. I'm not familiar with Entertainment Earth. Thank you.
DeleteCan they reveal a good show? And yes seriously. Also yes I've watched the show and given it a chance and nope.
ReplyDeleteThe show has some potential, but they don't bother to tap into it. Except maybe once or twice. The Wood Man ep was probably one of the only highlights of the entire series.
DeleteI just want a figure of Rush :(
