Mega Man 1-6 Hit Mobile Next Week

The image above says it all. All six NES Mega Man games are headed to iOS and Android next Thursday, January 5th. Remember, they're being sold individually - this is not Legacy Collection (far from it). Be aware, we still don't know how much they'll cost!

Pre-registration is still open, FYI.

  1. Judging from the trailer, they're the worst ports I have ever witnessed the existence of. They're actually just the old Rockman ports from the old Cellphone types (flip phones) which ran at like 15/20 frames per second and had performance issues EVEN BACK THEN.

    How lazy, Crapcom.

    1. They are only using the same engine, there was only one Mega Man Game ported to mobile with the same quality, that being the old Mega Man 1 Port that had MIDI music of all things.

    2. Tell that to Capcom forum. I don't believe Capcom read here.

  2. Welp, I'm passing on this anyway. I've bought MM1-6 too many times already at this point.

Bring more ports of the Complete Works versions, and actually in English with nothing cut out, and I might start throwing my money.

But really, these halfass ports are getting boring. Port something else for once.

    1. Preaching the choir man

IF they brought back BN6 with the extra story they cut out and SF games with extra content cut out as well id drop a decent amount of money on them just for that. But knowing capcom they have no faith in any of there franchises besides street fighter and resident evil.

Man what i wouldn't give for a Okami game as well on top of Megaman stuff

If, ya know, if they're actually worth picking up. That trailer, man... that trailer...

  5. they couldn't do over 25 years old port on cutting edge phone right and we have emulation that runs those games as if they were on actual nes. wake me up when they release cartoon trailer.
