1. Awesome! I don't think any stage could've translated better. They did a great job.

3. goddammit capcom, you had a perfect game to create our own levels but you couldn't do it because apparently they think it won't make them money. i guess i'd settle for this as megaman universe replacement.

1. Makes me wonder if there's a Capcom decision maker out there somewhere who's regretting not beating Nintendo to the punch by releasing Mega Man Universe years ago. I'd wager that people would have recreated all of the Super Mario Bros. stages in Mega Man Universe by now.

4. Can't wait to start making my own megaman / megaman x replica levels and totally suck at it because I have no level design skills whatsoever but be happy anyway.

7. This thing is incredible.

Speaking of Megacocorock, I can't wait until one of their projects finally get available to the public, especially Roll-Chan.

1. That's, IF, they ever get finished. -__-

It's been so long, I actually thought they'd be done by now. It's MMX Corrupted bullshittery again. Where we got all these really nice looking "gameplay videos", but no publicly playable demos or even full game(s) to try out and see if this stuff is even real.

8. That's cool, now to see if more stages will pop up from the community. I'm currently working on Airman's Stage and hit a snag so I need to unlock more stuff.

Was that directed at me?
Not accusation but towards the discussion.

You said "Some fans can stand generalizations..." etc. By simply making it clear that you are talking about some fans, but not a majority by not saying all fans, the fandom, or some other variation.
I said CAN'T not CAN. I forgot to removed the word SOME! and maybe I should rephrase it to.... "Mega Man fans in general can't stand generalizations..." and of course someone will take that as a statement of generalization in which most of the time, that's not what I (or some of us) intended on all fans, but towards some posters that we come across on any site that featured Mega Man discussions. In the end, it's all about the choice of words and not being specific that leads to misunderstanding.

Other than that, I'm not exactly sure what else you're going on about when you say :"generalizations, rumors and let alone other fans harmless amusing ideas and yet quick to judge, find faults and labelled others'"
I'm talking about fans who goes at others with their own set of assumptions henced their own generalizations. And I lumped the rest together because they're connected.

I already covered the generalizations part as short as I can. About rumors, let's take the action film as an example. Fans in GENERAL is pretty much fragile... everywhere, if it's true then it's inevitable. Most of the games that turned into a live action films are not that good (to name a few: BloodRayne, Double Dragon, Dungeon Siege, KOF, SF, Super Mario, etc.) and we should always expecting for the worst (and for any future Mega Man games, if ever) so that we don't have to take it hard later on. Well, Mega Man is not suited as a live action character anyway but as a CGI with a corrected proportion, I say yes.

About the harmless amusing ideas, I considered it harmless because afterall it's just ideas, silly or not. Film example again, when some say they want a different protagonist instead of Mega Man for a live action (Zero, EXE, Trigger, BBA and maybe XOver? haven't seen that one yet LOL!), some people can't take it and go "TAZ-manian Devil", why the butthurts?

What if I say I want Justin Bieber to cast as Mega Man because he is the ONLY one that got the face? and maybe Emma Stone as Roll because she's the PERFECT Roll for the role? somebody will bound to freak out and blast at me! It's not like I have the power to make that happen or if the film makers will take my ideas and go with it. Chill out guys!

As far as I'm concerned, a real fan is anyone who wants to be one.
Believe me, this is pretty much subjective. There's a group of people who think only those who play the NES-type Mega Man games is the only real fan (some even considered 7 up to Mega Man & Bass as not Mega Man games LOL!). While some others can extends more into another media such as comics, cartoons, toys, and other merchandise.

As for me, those who can stand at XOver, BBA, the DOS games, the other licensed games are the real fans. Even if the games or characters suck (they did suck, so?), still, more power to these type of fans, so deal with it people.

I just also think it's not a good idea to make the generalization that any fanbase that has individuals like that in it should be wholly represented by those individuals.
I get it but unfortunately they're the vocal one (for a minority), their negativity surpassed the positivity just like a drop of poison in a glass of clean water, how can we say the water are still 99% pure?

What we should worry is when CAPCOM making generalizations. The last time it happened.... Legends 3 got canned (their reasoning, low participation from the fans).

I also don't think you are, but I hope you aren't implying that I did any of those things you listed in my post.
No, don't worry I'm not.

So people, the moral of the story is.... don't bash other if you're not ready to get bashed haaa!

13. WHY METAL MAN!? Does everyone assume that Metal Man is the favorite? I mean he's cool and all but I wouldn't consider him my favorite. Actually MM2 is my least favorite. Bring on the hate!

14. That's some real creative stuff.

After watching this, I tried my hand at making the Gutsman Stage from Megaman 1.
The course ID code is: 63F9-0000-003A-3E6A

Try it, and if you like it, please give it a star. I've reached my upload limit on custom levels.
