Up Close and Personal With the Mega Man Amiibo


You've seen the stock photos now check out the real deal. Lo and behold, the Mega Man Amiibo.

This guy is due out sometime in February. I think. It's a bit confusing how Nintendo is handling wave 3. There's a lot of conflicting information out there so hopefully things will become more clear as we head into the new month.

In any case, I hope you pre-ordered. It's sold out pretty much everywhere.

      I'm happy that he has the Gemini Laser alt in Smash, I would like to do that one. That, or the ElecMan alt is a cool one.

      I think that alt is meant to represent Air Shooter or Ice Slasher, but with the light blue it does look more like Gemini Laser.

    An alleged leaked memo from the retailer GameStop might shed some light on the situation with the Wave 3 Amiibo, at least as far as the US goes (the last paragraph in particular is noteworthy) - http://nintendoeverything.com/gamestop-memo-says-latest-amiibo-will-be-distributed-in-waves/

    My Gamestop said that Mega Man, Shulk, Sonic and the other wave 3 Amiibo besides Bowser, TL, Sheik and Lucario will be released tomorrow. Good thing I pre-ordered Mega Man and Sonic before they sold out
