Yet another Game Boy classic is headed Japan's way. Next week, October 23rd, Rockman World 4 hits the Nintendo 3DS eShop for 400 Yen.
Still no word on North America or Europe. Hopefully the Game Boy titles aren't too far off now!

That mummy looks genuinely shocked. Perhaps he is pleasantly surprised (if embarrassed) to realize he got to be on the cover of a game.
