Mighty No. 9 is Coming to Home Consoles: PS3, Xbox 360 and Wii U
It happened. We knew it would and it totally did. Today, the Mighty No. 9 Kickstarter has reached its $2.2 million goal. This milestone means that Mighty No. 9 will be coming to PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and Wii U. Sweet, sweet victory.
So now Mighty No. 9 is bound for a total of six different platforms. The addition of home consoles increases the game's potential audience greatly. That's fantastic news. And hey, if we can muster enough support for Vita and Nintendo 3DS, that would be even better. Mighty No. 9 should be available to as many different audiences as possible.
Keep up the good work, folks. If you haven't done so already, hit up Kickstarter and pledge!
Now, let's get that CO-OP!
yes!
ReplyDeletealright!
ReplyDeletesweet, I'm going to get this for ps3 once it's released.
ReplyDeleteI donated my $20, but I'm still buying this game. On Xbox 360 AND Wii U.
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad Windows PC is the main platform.
ReplyDeleteCapcom hasn't given Mega Man any PC love in a long time, even before they started outright killing him (SFxMM doesn't count). I can only hope Capcom releases a new and improved MM Anniversary Collection for PC (and consoles) that includes MM 9 and 10. I still haven't played them. :(
Hell yeah! I know I am getting this game for the Wii U! :D
ReplyDeleteThis is fantastic news.
ReplyDeleteStill really hoping for a 3DS port, though I suppose the chances are for that are pretty good. One should hope so at least.
snuf, Tokyo game show 2013, i hope for a announce for mm but there will be nothing...certainly....maybe yeah, Mighty 9 can be the ONLY megaman for 2015...it's cool.
ReplyDeleteAnd sad too. :(
For Wii U and PS3, I will get them! Yay!
ReplyDeleteI would love a 3DS port, seeing as I mainly play DS/3DS games. Although I'm probably going to buy the PC version anyway.
ReplyDeleteI wouldn't mind the Beck and Call mode, but I'm good with PS3/360/WiiU release. It was the only stretch goal I really wanted.
ReplyDeleteWelp. That's one more reason for me to get a Wii U.
ReplyDeleteInti Creates is now co-developing the 2 upcoming shantae games

Aww this is too great! I plan to donate on Friday! PS3 WOO!!!
ReplyDeleteI REALLY doubt they required that much money just to just port it to consoles.Different Kick-starters have possessed the capacity to do it for far less. This was exploitative and pandering to the desperate Mega Man fans.It does resemble a cool game however nonetheless.
