Lost in the flurry of
Super Smash Bros. news, Capcom quietly launched
Mega Man 2,
Mega Man 3, and
Mega Man 4 on the Wii U eShop (North America and Europe). Meanwhile, Nintendo 3DS owners in Europe get to enjoy the Virtual Console debut of
Mega Man 6. The original NES version never made it there, so eat this one up if you haven't already, Euro friends!
Thanks to Tim and RockX for the heads up.

6 is the best. If I ever get in on it, that would be the first game I'd get.
ReplyDelete6 was a game that needed more time to really pop out, but it couldn't get it because the NES was on its last legs. Still, the Rush suits got a lot of love there - for those who haven't played it yet, you will be surprised about just how many things you can push and destroy with the Rush Power suit. I really wish Capcom got to do more with the concept in other games!
ReplyDeleteAll the same, it may not be 2 or 3 or whatever you hold dear, but I say it was a decent note to go out on for the NES.
Ooh, yeah, I'm sure everyone's just dying to purchase the exact same games that have been re-released dozens of times already. Mega Man 6 is an exception, but the point still stands for the most part. Why are they so intent on blatantly disregarding the other four Game Boy games? This makes no sense to me.
ReplyDeleteIt is not right that they didnt completed Megaman 6 and Megaman X3 for Wii. They should! Disappointment.
ReplyDeleteMaybe this time they will release Megaman 6 and Megaman x3 It would be total nice if they release the GB and GBA megaman games on 3Ds Release Megaman 64 Also would be totally nice They need to get on the ball and release gamecube games on the Wii U if they are going to they said they had it planed so lets see it already even if its junk prove to us you are going to do it
