No less than a week after its confirmation, D-Arts classic Mega Man is now available for preorder. Time to rev up those wallets!
Right now, Big Bad Toy Store is offering the whole set -- Mega Man, Rush and Metall -- at $42.99, though they will not ship until January. It comes with everything the Japanese set has, the only difference being a "Mega Man" sticker meticulously placed over the "Rockman" logo. No, really.
Now, If you really want the Japanese set you're going to have to wait juuuuust a bit. The usual places like HobbyLink Japan, Hobby Search, and AmiAmi are completely sold out. No more preorders for the time being. These folks should replenish stock eventually, but who knows when.
BBTS' supply isn't unlimited either, so get a jump on the opportunity while you still can!
Ami Ami was back in stock last night, so I was able to get mine before it sold out again. I suggest people keep an eye out for it constantly, it's bound the be back again for a little while
ReplyDeleteDid you guys know that even the packaging is the same? It has stickers that say mega man over the printed rockman logo. Its the japanese packaging with stickers.
ReplyDeleteTotally ordered mine! Thanks for the heads up on this!
ReplyDeleteI'm a fan of mega man not rockman. ^_^
ReplyDelete@WGAS: What does that have to do with anything? o__o
ReplyDeleteLOL! Its the same thing! The so called "american version" is just the japanese box with Megaman stickers over the Rockman. Do I have mine in pre-order. NOPE! I'm just gonna wait till it comes to america and get mine for $40 bucks in my local hobby store. Saves me on shipping! And if it happens to come broken and such I can easily return it and get a exchange and not bother with packing it up and dealing with the post office and papers and more money out of my pocket for return shipping to where ever. So if its sold out... meh............
ReplyDeleteSweet The Blue Bomber's coming back with vengence!
