The album will consist of a number of arranged songs from both the classic and X series, priced at 2,100 Yen (roughly $27.00 USD) and due out on September 21. Chances are slim to none of this one getting an official release worldwide, so do keep an eye out on import retailers... or wait for the inevitable rip to appear on YouTube.
Don't know about you, but I like what I hear. Looking forward to the final product!

That was a pretty awesome rendition of Dark Man stage! I can't wait to hear what else they are going to remake!
ReplyDeleteI need to change my pants now...
ReplyDeleteI had an eargasm. Finally some good news since you-know-what.
ReplyDeleteYeah, Capcom sucks for legend 3, but the capcom sound team Beat the World!
ReplyDeleteFreakin' amazing. It also helps that Dark Man's theme has always been one of my all-time favorite Mega Man songs, too, I suppose. XD
ReplyDeleteThis is hot!
ReplyDeleteWhat's this about We Are Rockman? **EXPLICIT LYRICS WARNING** X3
ReplyDeleteCool rendition of Darkman Castle. But you know a couple songs that are desperately in need of love? Sigma Stage 3 from Rockman X and Counter-Hunter Stage from Rockman X2. And of course, any of the Wily Stage themes from Rockman 3. Seriously. Where are the remixes of these themes? :(
Darkman's theme is one of my all-time favorite fortress themes. Though that choice is hard...because they're all so GOOD!
ReplyDeleteThat was really awesome and a must have for my iPod.
ReplyDeleteRockgasm at its best!!!
ReplyDeleteNow imaging this theme played by the power metal band Dragonforce....oops nobody here knows about a thing called power metal....well whatever...
Long live Mega Man music, and long live Mega Man. That was one heck of a good-ass arrangement!
ReplyDelete@kotipeltox: Rockgasm?? That's new! But true, LOL!
XD
@Joseph Collins: I always thought this rendition of the counter-hunter stage from X2 was quite nice:
