Capcom has stated on numerous occasions the newest batch of Mega Man Legends 3 announcements would be made during this weekend's Comic Con in New York. What time exactly can we expect things to surface?
According to the game's art director, Yuji Ishihara, the MML3 updates will trickle out a little bit past noon on Sunday, October 10, likely coinciding with Capcom's panel at 12:15. He wasn't specific on what kind of content will be exhibited, but did note he expects the game's visuals to not be shown at this particular event. Here's his statement in full, courtesy of Andriasang:
"We're maintaining the important points like the bright and light atmosphere of the series, aiming for quality that matches the current era, and fighting with the new 3DS hardware and the schedule. We probably won't be able to show the visuals for a bit, but we're working to meet expectations!"
Despite a no-show for the visuals, I'll be posting every morsel of info that comes out of this event. Sunday's going to be a big day so stay tuned!
