'Mega Man: Complete History' Book Canceled

Remember Mega Man: Complete History? The book that showed up on Barnes and Noble not too long ago? Well, according to the publisher Chronicle Books, it's been canceled.

"Unfortunately this book will not be published, but we are coming out with a Street Fighter book. I let the person who worked on this book know and she is going to make sure that the information gets taken off the website. Thank you for your concern."

That's a real shame. However, we still have a lot of books to look forward too, particularly the soon to be released Mega Man Official Complete Works!

    Geez, for a second I thought it said Complete Works.....eh I could care less about a US published book. They almost never have anything new or original in them. I shudder at some of the awful nintendo/mario/zelda books that have been released by US publishers.

    I didn't know this was really in the works. A bit off topic but how is Amazon with shipping paper back items. I tend to get crushed magazine from the post office and it would suck to drop $25 for a brand new bend Complete Works. So anyone know how Amazon ships there paper back items?

    What a shame just another Mega Man item going the way of the dodo.

    A bit off topic but how is Amazon with shipping paper back items? Are they boxed? The post man likes to send me bent and torn magazines so I don't want to drop $25 on a brand new bent Complete works.

    And of course they do not give a reason why.

    I guess Mega Man is worthless to some peoples. I too was looking forward to this book as the MegaMan and MegaMan X complete works are just the Japanese version split into two. I was looking forward to something new. Sigh...
