According to the January issue of Spanish gaming magazine Hobby Consolas, Tatsunoko Vs. Capcom might see a European release this summer. The magazine listed 30 something games to look forward to in 2009, among the list were numerous Capcom titles, including TvC:- Moto GP (Wii) - January

- Street Fighter IV (PS3, Xbox 360) - February
- Bionic Commando (PS3, Xbox 360) - February
- Resident Evil 5 (PS3, Xbox 360) - March
- Resident Evil (Wii, GameCube port) - Spring
- Neopets Puzzle Adventure (Wii, DS) - Spring
- Monster Hunter Freedom Unite (PSP) - Sumer
- Tatsunoko vs Capcom (Wii) - Summer
- Monster Hunter 3 (Wii) - Autumn
- Dark Void (PS3, Xbox 360) - Autumn

I'm pretty hopeful that the date isn't fake. It almost makes sense that a European release date would be announced before a North American one since, in this case, the game's NA localization is stymied by the fact that all of Tatsunoko's licenses have been distributed across a myriad of companies (ADV, Viz Media, etc.).

Still seems doubtful...but I'd love it to be so because then I could snag an English import copy. ;)
I think being a license is ridiculous. They should just translate it and bring it over. We pay the money, not their. I dont understand why they need a license first. That's a liar!
